Firestone Complete Auto Care

Isaac and his team went above and beyond helping me with a seized wheel barring when I was passing through pueblo. He was incredibly helpful and patient with us and they stayed late and a guy came in on his day off to finish the job so my son and I could get home. I highly recommend their services!

This place is a joke of a “mechanic shop”. Save your time and go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE IN PUEBLO. I took my car, which was sitting in storage for 4 years, in for an AC check and they came out after an hour and said I need a new compressor and engine air filter for the car, as well as there was a birds nest made in the current air filter. The quote was for $3500, even though the OEM Mercedes part only costs $500 so I told them I’d hold off and get another quote. When I took the car to another shop in town they called me in to show me that FIRESTONE PUT THE BIRDS NEST BACK IN MY FILTER AND SCREWED IT BACK IN. I guess if you employee a bunch of minimum wage untrained employees, you can’t expect much. But I GUARANTEE you any other shop in Pueblo would have removed it and closed the filter back up, knowing the damage it could cause being left in.

Ive taken my vehicles here two three times already and they have done me right everytime! I brought my truck to get some sensors fixed and they failed and they were very great with the process of getting them replaced! and i just took my chrysler 300 to get all new tires and a alignment and now my car is driving like a dream! so smooth like driving a cloud!

Isaac got us back on the road to Phoenix when we had car issues coming thru Pueblo. He made us a priority and his team did an amazing job taking care of us. We strongly suggest Firestone to take care of your auto needs, and especially ask for Isaac when you are in Pueblo, CO. He is a great guy!!!

I came in for an oil change, wheel alignment and tire rotation. Later that day I kept getting warning on my dashboard and car app that I had low oil pressure. Checked my dipstick and I in fact had low oil. I waited until the next day to check again and the samething. Took it back to Firestone and they tried to say I had a leak. I had them check the oil to confirm it’s low oil. They never put new oil in my car after they drained it which could damage my engine. I understand everyone has off days but this is unacceptable. Who is back there verifying the work is done correctly? No checks and balances.
